This country house in Bas-Oha, Wanze, is perfect for large families, groups of friends or group getaways. Just 6 km from the centre of Huy, the villa offers easy access to cultural highlights such as the citadel of Huy and its historic centre. Families with children can explore the Mont Mosan animal and amusement park or walk to panoramic viewpoints overlooking the Meuse Valley. The nearby Château de Modave adds a touch of history and grandeur to your trip.
The country house spans three floors and features 12 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms with rain showers and spacious living areas. The pool house also boasts a private indoor swimming pool with a sauna and a roof terrace, offering water fun all year round.
The kitchen is fully equipped with three microwaves, three dishwashers, three fridges and a freezer, ideal for group meals. Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful 1-hectare enclosed park, a clay tennis court (closed during the winter months), a paved terrace for children’s bikes, a large barbecue, trampolines, a tennis court and a football goal, as well as a private car park. Information regarding deposit and payment
The property owner will contact you in advance regarding the deposit, i.e. payment of the security deposit, including all additional costs (such as bed linen and towels, cleaning costs, waste disposal, and tourist tax). These must be paid by bank transfer. Cash payment on arrival is not accepted. The remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded to the guest after deduction of electricity, water and gas consumption, and any damage.
