De faciliteiten zijn wat verouderd (keuken, bedden, douches, ...) maar er zou een renovatie gepland zijn. Het overdekte buitenterras is een echte meerwaarde, zeker bij mooi weer. Het domein rond het huis is enorm en zeer goed onderhouden.

Het huis ziet er van buiten prachtig uit en ook de tuin is fantastisch. De overkapping is ook mooi. Binnen is bijna alles oud en kan het wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Ze zijn hier wel al mee begonnen, zo zijn er mooie wasbakken en spiegels op de slaapkamers aanwezig. Maar voor de rest was ik blij dat ik hier met mijn scouting groep was, waarmee we normaal kamperen!

Het is een erg leuk huis en één mooie omgeving. De doucheputjes in diverse kamers ruiken wel heel erg naar. En we hadden niet verwacht dat we nog een hele grote contante rekening aan gas/water/electra kregen bij het uitchecken.
