The garden area is not fully fenced, anyway the pool area is divided from the rest of the garden by a hedge (height about 0.7 m) and a wire net. There is a small gate which can be locked, for the safeness of small children.

Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, shopping, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio and barbecue grill. Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. If you want a quiet, comfortable and peaceful location this is the place for you. It’s has beautiful surroundings is very private and the location is only 30mins to 45mins from several great towns to visit.

Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne u. erholsame Wochen in der Filla la fragola. Das Haus bietet alles was es braucht und vor allem der Garten u. der Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist trotz der sehr ländlichen Umgebung gut an die Infrastruktur angebunden. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten im kleinen Ort Chianacce und mit dem Auto kann man alle nähergelegenen Städte, Ausflugsziele etc. erreichen.
