Located along one of Cavtat medieval streets, this house provides an ideal base from which to enjoy the city and it is only short walk to one of the best beaches and restaurants.
The house is easily approached from the promenade via short slightly up hill pedestrian street with no steps.
Getting to the house is through the main entrance gate with just a few steps into spacious terrace from where you can enter the ground floor or take a steps to the attic apartment. The ground floor apartment consists of two double bedrooms of which one has an en-suite shower room, a triple bedroom, a separate kitchen/diner area and an additional shower room. The first floor apartment consists of 3 double bedroom of which two have an en-suite shower room, a kitchen/diner area, an additional shower room and a balcony with sea view. Both apartments have possibility of an extra sleeping place in one of double bedrooms and are equipped with air conditioning in diner/kitchen area, Sat TV and Free WiFi internet. The most attractive part of the house is a huge terrace where there is a sunny and covered part with outdoor dining facilities.
As the terrace is very spacious it can be divided into two parts. This house would suit a family or a group of friends looking to stay somewhere peaceful and yet be within easy reach of the town and its attractions.
It offers guests a wonderful opportunity to relax and has a direct access to a pretty pebble beach with complete offer located less then 100 meters away.

Huset ligger i selve den gamle bydel og ganske tæt på en fin, lille stenstrand, hvor også småbørn let kan komme ud og bade. Det er et dejligt hus i en temmelig stor have med en stor terrasse, hvor der er et stort bord, som er i skygge det meste af dagen. Her kunne vi - ti voksne og seks børn i alle ...
