Fantastic Spanish Finca style villa set in a large (1200m2) Garden with trees for privacy and Quite possibly some of the best Ocean Views in Cabo Roig plus a private staircase down to the Beach

The villa was constructed in the 1960´s and offers spacious accommodation over one level wrapped around an internal Courtyard and Entrance

Due to the sea front location and design (Spacious rooms and high ceilings) the villa keeps cool during hot months from a constant gentle sea breeze ,
In addition there are good modern high speed ceiling fans installed in the bedrooms plus the villa has 3 large Air conditioning Units installed , the units are located in the main kitchen, hallway and bedroom 4, these help keep the Villa to a comfortable temperature during hot months (We personally found the villa to be fairly cool whenever we was there during changeovers in July and August - jk villa rentals)
Outside is a Large private Swimming Pool (Oval shaped 12 meters x 6 meters at the widest point) with roman steps

Zona muy tranquila. Casa bien equipada tiene un acceso directo a la playa.
Perfecto para relajarte y estar tranquilo.
Es una casa que tiene algunos años pero no está mal conservada.
Por la noche tiene unas vistas que es una pasada

Magnifique emplacement , extérieure de la villa superbe , resto proche, des travaux à prévoir à l’intérieure de la villa ( les ventilateurs ne suffis pas quand il fait très chaud ! )
