Unit Layout "Arenal 03" is a bright and stylishly furnished 1-room studio vacation rental of 50 m2, located on the 3rd floor and accommodating a maximum capacity of 2 guests.

Renovated in 2016, the studio features a combined living and sleeping room with 2 sofabeds, a dining nook, and direct access to a private terrace offering a panoramic view of the sea. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a small bar area.

Das Haus sieht super aus passt perfekt wie auf den Bildern , uber die Lage brauch man garnicht erst sprechen einfach ultimativ . Das Personal ist super freundlich und macht ihre Arbeit herausragend .

Gibt absolut nichts. War alles perfekt .

The location, apartment, terrace and car parking. Clean with good quality furnishings. excellent service from Interhome.

Car parking excellent but consideration from other residents parking would be appreciated. A suggestion would be a grab rail in the shower, The only negative but not major is no English TV although you can download Netflix.

Neues Haus, sehr gut gelegen. Kurzer weg zum Strand und Altstadt.

Eigendlich alles !!!

Nur ein wenig !! Etwas mehr liebe bei der Deko der Wohnung. zb. Im Wohnzimmer fehlt eine Uhr, ein Wandbild und etwas Deko. Im Badezimmer fehlen Halter für die Duschhandtücher und Handtücher, aber sonst war alles super.
