The Hutch
A two bedroom seaside property that sleeps up to four
people and is situated in a superb position in Southwold just minutes from the beach. This brand new build has panoramic views of the marshes and harbour on the river Blyth to the rear and sea views to the front.
Perfect for taking early morning coffee and looking out on the dunes from the top floor balcony and then having evening drinks on the patio to watch the most tremendous sunsets over the fields behind.

Lovely stay, the views are stunning with sun pouring through the front in the morning and beautiful sunsets over the salt marshes in the evening. The balcony and patios front and back allow you to enjoy the view. House is very pet friendly and Ben and Caroline are very responsive to any needs. Lovely Easter weekend.

Another lovely stay at The Hutch. Fabulous property with everything you need to enjoy Southwold. Ideal location, especially if you have dogs. Enclosed rear garden and easy access to the dunes & beach.

A beautiful house and position. It is well equipped and furnished and has two verandas. The weather was gorgeous too. Our only reservation is that the downstairs bedroom is small and though it has a double bed it is rather claustrophobic to sleep in.
