Pictures showed a place that looked cleaner and in better repair than what we experienced. The refrigerator wouldn't stay shut without a cardboard wedge cardboard, the host asked us to replace the batteries in the smoke detector, the washer/dryer looked like a fire hazard with towels, cardboard boxes and supplies surrounding both units, and there was a lot of mold in the bathrooms.

Our host Susan was amazing. He was supper helpful and when we had a couple of issues arise, she took are of them ASAP. It is very close to Clapham Common tube station. I did suggest some more room for storing luggage once you've unpacked. The top floor bedroom has a queen bed and on suite bathro...

Nice house with a homey feel, in a great area of London. Very conveniently located within a short walk of the Tube. Clapham is a lovely area with lots of pubs and restaurants, and Clapham Common is a large, beautiful park, perfect for long walks.
