Holiday home on the sea – Accu is Prezzus A

The vacation flat Accu is Prezzus A is part of a well-maintained holiday resort in the little town of Simius and only a few metres from the sea. With a living room, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, it can accommodate 4 people. Facilities in the child-friendly holiday home also include a cot, a child’s bed (for an additional fee) and heating (for an additional fee). The idyllic and covered terrace with its barbecue and garden furniture is the perfect place for relaxing holidays and enjoying alfresco barbecue evenings. The nearest beach is just a few minutes’ walk and there are supermarkets and restaurants a few minutes away by car.

An ecotax contribution of approx. €0,50 per night per person is also due on location.
