Next to the kitchen is a large bedroom with a king size bed, built-in wardrobes, a TV and DVD player. The bedroom has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower. The bedroom leads to an enclosed terrace with two comfortable chairs, a stool and a table where you can enjoy beautiful tranquil views. The garden can be used indefinitely by you to play or relax.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating, WI-FI and shares a large covered terrace, garden and pool with the owners who live on site. The pool is heated with solar panels, so the temperature is 34 days a day from May 1 to the end of September. There is a barbecue for the exclusive use of guests.
El Chaparral golf course and the beach are both just a short walk away. Golf clubs can be rented upon request. The owners have two dogs, so this accommodation is not suitable for guests with allergies or no pet lovers.
