The house is located in a park of 7000 square meters,
it has two floors, two living rooms and four bedrooms each with its own bathroom.

A boat is available to guests.
Guests have access to a 4-burner stove, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a wood-burning oven, a park, a small boat with an outboard motor.

As close to our ideal holiday as I can imagine.
The house, the location, and the host were all wonderful.

The property is full of character and in a lovely position on an outer island in the Venice lagoon which is deserted after all the tourists leave in the evening. The Villa is well fitted out and it has lots of outside space and very nice for having evening BQs. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable....
