Stables has an open plan kitchen and dining area adjoining the lounge with seating for 4. It has a wide range of modern kitchen appliances including with fridge, hob, oven washing machine and dryer. The lounge features high quality leather sofas, solid oak flooring and a large modern digital TV and Blueray player. Free high speed WiFi is available throughout the cottage.
The lounge also has a good quality large sofa bed which is a available for the third person or any visitors. There is a small wash-room and wc just off the lounge. The master bed-room has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with WC and shower. The cottage is fully centrally heated and double glazed. It enjoys a Visit Scotland 4 Star grading & is decorated, equipped & furnished to a very high standard. The cottage is south facing & is a real sun-trap. It has private parking beside the cottage for up to 3 cars.
