La casa cómoda, es una residencial bonita, cerrada y con piscina. Tiene terraza grande. Salida a la playa. A 10 min andando del puerto de Denia.
Buen apartamento pero falto de mantenimiento.

Ubicación y la urbanización donde está ubicada. Tranquila, junto a la playa y cerca d la población. Valor añadido x la plaza de garaje.
Sobretodo lo desagradable de la agencia intermediaria. Todo exigencias (horario estricto, limpieza y mal trato) y no facilitan nada. Falta d mantenimiento, paredes manchadas, Grifos estropeado, sillas y sofá hundidos.
