Escape to this charming 4-bedroom villa in Rochefort, nestled in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. Ideal for families or a group of 9, the home offers peace, privacy, and a beautiful natural setting. Just 2 km from the forest and the Lesse River, it's a perfect base for nature walks, canoeing, or simply unwinding. The villa features a private furnished garden and a terrace, great for outdoor dining or enjoying a barbecue on a sunny day. Inside, the open kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Cozy up around the wood stove or enjoy the warmth of central heating throughout.
Children are well catered for with a high chair, cot, and a recreation room complete with table tennis and table football. Bed linen payments must be made on arrival via cash or Belgian bank-to-bank app only (international bank transfers are not supported).

Het huis is heel ruim en licht. Goed ingericht met mooie keuken en ronde tafel.
Leuk voor kindjes is de speelkamer en mooi zicht op de paarden.
Dicht bij Rochefort waar je fijn kunt wandelen.
Voor fietsers tof gelegen.
Wel spijtig dat je niet rechtstreeks kan gaan wandelen van het huis door de to...
