Canapé tellement usé, qui'il ne mérite que la déchetterie et c' est le seul endroit où l' on peut se poser. L' appartement n' est pas équipé. Pas d' étagères, pas de crochets pour les torchons, peu de prises de courant. Très mauvais éclairage dans la chambre

Appartement vieillot et pas fonctionnel (par ex : frigo fermant mal, pas dégivré, étagère trop fragile ayant du mal à supporter le micro-ondes, etc...).
