The property KATAFIGIO VILLAGE lies just outside the village Aghios Dimitrios, on a huge, enclosed hillside property above the sea, together with 3 holiday houses KATAFIGIO JANNIS, in a distance of approx. 30m.
The small property consists of 2 two-storied stone houses behind each other and one detached house. Both of the two-storied houses have 4 apartments and one Maisonette apartment in the middle. The houses are built in 2 rows with a distance of approx. 10m between them. Due to the hillside location both holiday apartments have an unobstructed sea view, a separate entrance and access road. The holiday apartments KATAFIGIO VILLAGE are situated on a beautifully designed hillside property that has direct access to the sea via the rocky coast. A path to the side of the houses leads to the rocky plateau “Katafigio” where bathing is possible for experienced swimmers. You are living directly at the sea and apart from the seashore access via the rocky plateau in a distance of approx. 80m, there is also a small gravel bay after 1 km towards Aghios Dimitrios and a long sandy beach with some shady trees in a distance of 1,5km.
The practically furnished corner apartment is on the slightly elevated ground floor of the house (approx. 5 steps) and was refurbished in 2011. A front terrace on the entrance side of the house invites you to lounge in the sun and relax.
The bedrooms and bath are adjoining to the living room with the open kitchen. One of the bedrooms is rather small. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace with a partial side sea view across the Messenian Bay.
