On the south side of the Rovaniemi town, close to the city services, by the Kemijoki beach, distance to the beach 11 m, river width 700 m, shallow beach, hard, rocky bottom, dock, stairs to the dock, own boat.
A wooden semi detached apartment, built in 1986, renovated and extended 2008. Living room, kitchen (no door).
Bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds, third bedroom with 2 beds and a double bed. As an extra beds 4 mattresses, which can be placed where needed.
Sauna, washroom, dressing room, separate toilet, game room upstairs (not for sleeping), covered terrace and open terrace.
The washroom has a bath tub and toilet. An cable TV and Wi-Fi.
In the yard there is a slide and a sandbox for children.

Het huis ligt heel mooi aan een meer en wij hadden als gezin van 4 lekker veel ruimte. De keuken is ook heel fijn met genoeg benodigdheden. En de sauna is natuurlijk een heerlijke bonus.

Fuimos dos familias con niños y la casa está genial. Cerca del centro de Rovaniemi y del centro comercial Prisma, pero a las afueras para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la naturaleza que la rodea. No le falta de nada, jacuzzi, sauna, chimenea para disfrutar unos días estupendos en Laponia.

Casa muy confortable, grande, espaciosa, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias como en casa. El baño grande con la Sauna espectacular, y las vistas desde la casa hacia el lago mágicas. Recomendable 100%
