This renovated and spacious 3BD, 3.5BA Villa is the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm.
Each bedroom includes its own TV, and the living room features a large flat-screen—perfect for relaxing after a day on the water. This Villa features a bump-out in the living room for added space, plus an additional en-suite bathroom connected to the guest bedroom with a queen bed—providing more comfort and convenience for your stay. Step outside to enjoy direct sunset views over the Gulf from your private porch or upper balcony.
Just off the back porch is your private boat dock, ideal for boating enthusiasts. Dock Details: Max overall vessel length: 35 ft (tip of bow to end of engines) Hull size must not exceed 31 ft Max draft allowed: 3 ft One vessel per dock space (no PWCs or multiple boats) Boater's insurance is required for all owned or rented boats and Indigo Reef Marina HOA needs to be added as named insured.
Liability must be set at $300,000. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine in, and charcoal grills are located throughout the resort for grilling your fresh catch. We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location, it was fun to walk along the canal and look for manatees, and the corner lot gave superior views. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were very kind and understanding when we had a mishap and unfortunately broke something.
