Villa with private pool and 6000 sqm park with breathtaking views. Sleeps 13 in 5 bedrooms and a loft open space with 3 single beds, 5 bathrooms. Villa Elena was designed by the famous architect Bruno Fedrigolli in the late sixties, it is a tribute to the modernity of art and design, rich in extraordinary artistic masterpieces. The house is spacious and bright with large relaxation areas. The park is very well-kept with colorful flowers and ancient olive trees and is flat, therefore very enjoyable. The villa is rich in extraordinary unique and original pieces that tell a story of modern art in Italy. There is a bed designed and made by Arnaldo Pomodoro, bronze and plexiglass sculptures by Marco Lodolo and marble masterpieces carved by Michele Chiossi.
The villa is divided into 2 distinct parts, each usable as an independent house, while being connected to the rest of the villa, therefore ideal for multiple families vacationing together. The "main" villa has been recently renovated, while the "second" villa and the apartment are original.
| - Bedrooms: Sleeps 13 in 5 bedrooms plus attic. The main part has 2 double bedrooms and one with two single beds. The second part has two double bedrooms and an open triple bedroom. - Bathrooms: 4 bathrooms, three are en-suite in the double bedrooms and two are shared family bathrooms with the other bedrooms and loft area. - Kitchen: 2 fully equipped kitchens (one in the main part, one in the second) with all large and small appliances, including Nespresso, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, hob, oven, toaster, crockery, pots and utensils. - Indoor/Outdoor space: Inside there is a large dining table for 14 people, and also outside on the covered veranda with breathtaking views for 14 people. - Indoor/Outdoor Living Room: 3 indoor living areas, one in each unit, the lounge in the main villa can accommodate 14 people on all the different sofas. The lounge in the second part can accommodate 6-8 people and the third lounge can accommodate 4 people. Outdoor spaces on the terraces around the villas. - Media: Lounge in the main villa has a flat-screen Smart TV with digital cable. Lounge in the second villa has a new 55' HD flat-screen TV with NETFLIX streaming, Astra satellite connection. - Wifi included - Pool: large private pool, 10m x 6m, with splendid lake view and surrounding gardens, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. - Garden: 6,000 sqm of private garden with olive groves, beautiful flowers, ancient trees, original sculptures and many breathtaking panoramic corners. - Lake access: private gate with access to the lake. The village of Montinelle, with various shops, restaurants, and services, is about 1.5 km away. On the tip of the peninsula, just 200 meters from the villa, you will find the Isola dei Conigli (Rabbit Island) reachable on foot, a park and a nature reserve ideal for picnics. On the other side, you will find the beach of Pisenze, just below Rocca di Manerba, with a SUP center and a wonderful restaurant on the Pisenze beach. The location is absolutely amazing. Direct lake access and the beautiful garden, plus walkable to restaurants, made the holiday for us. The villa itself is huge and comfortable, if a bit dated. Service from Novella excellent, always very quick to respond to my messages. We would come back.
