The 5.5-room apartment (ground floor) is family-friendly.
It has 4 double rooms, one of which has a double bed (160 cm). Additionally, we have 2 children's beds plus 2 simple extra beds (for an additional charge), a kitchen with a dishwasher & coffee machine, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub/toilet, a shower/toilet, a washing machine/dryer, and a living-dining room with radio-CD player, DVD player, cable TV, and internet access. Upon request, we will gladly provide a raclette grill, a cheese or meat fondue set, an iron, ironing board, drying rack, or hairdryer free of charge. CASA NOSTRA**** 5.5 room apartment (131m2), WiFi.
Cozy living-dining room with a beautiful kitchen, 4 bright/large rooms, 2 bathrooms (bath/toilet with whirlpool tub), (shower/toilet with washing machine & dryer). Directly in front of the house, a garden seating area and a very large lawn with sun loungers are available for your private use. (The house is very sunny, even in winter) For the little guests: Upon prior arrangement, we will provide various children's items such as a changing mat and diaper pail, high chair, and crib free of charge upon request. Dogs and other pets: (cat, birds, hamster) You are welcome to bring your beloved pet on vacation with you free of charge.
We would be very grateful for a brief prior notification. Winter: Various winter hiking trails and the toboggan run pass by the house. Summer: Included offer: From the first night's stay, you can use the mountain lifts included in the "SaastalCard" for free in the summer. (Please observe operating times) Summer / Winter Bus travel in the Saas Valley is also included with the SaastalCard. (Not valid for arrival and departure by bus) Tourist taxes are exclusive. Summer tourist tax (01.06. - 31.10.): CHF 7.- per adult/day, CHF 3.50 per child (6 - 15.99 years). Winter tourist tax (01.11. - 31.05): CHF 4.50 per adult/day, CHF 2.25 per child (6 - 15.99 years). You will receive the SaastalCard directly upon arrival. Final cleaning: CHF 120.--. Telephone and internet charges are also collected by the landlord. Check-in: from 3:00 PM / Check-out: until 9:00 AM. The house is located at the valley station of the Hannigbahn, approximately 180 m to the right.
