Our beautiful, spacious, modern 3-bedroom holiday home with a front veranda, Avon Rose, occupies an elevated sunny plot in a quiet cul de sac on The Birches. The caravan is luxurious and furnished to a high standard. It is double-glazed and centrally heated. It is a short walk from the door to all amenities and downhill to the lovely sandy beach with a cafe and water sports (charges apply on site).
The kitchen has all the equipment you require; cooker with grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and cupboards together with a full range of cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.
The lounge/diner is modern and spacious with free-standing furniture. There is a 43" flat screen TV, electric fire, dining table and chairs. The patio doors lead to the enclosed veranda with table and garden chairs.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite comprising of toilet and basin. This bedroom also has fitted wardrobes which provide plenty of space for your clothing. In the other two bedrooms, there are two single beds and a wardrobe.
There is a family toilet and shower room.
Avon Rose is dog-friendly. There will be no extra charge for your dog, providing no damage is done and no extra cleaning is required. Please let us know when booking if you would like to bring your dog as conditions apply.
Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Play passes which give access to Haven activities and facilities are not included in our prices which are for the caravan hire only. Passes are not required for the restaurants and bar but are required for the entertainment, pools and activities.
Wi-Fi is available free in the public areas of the park but is not available in the caravan.

Lovely caravan, lovely location within the complex. Sadly the information relating to internet being available to buy actual meaning is available to buy and works only in the complex, not within the caravan. So working holidays here. Lovely beach and cafe on site . Local sandbanks and area is tired and dated.
