Villa Anna è stata costruita nel 2012, ed è poggiata su una collina che sovrasta la natura incontaminata di Scopello e della Riserva naturale dello Zingaro, poco distante l’antico Borgo di Scopello circa 600 metri, la superficie utile calpestabile è di 60 mq. la distribuzione interna è in stile “open Space ” ma con una camera da letto matrimoniale, un soppalco che si affaccia nella cucina soggiorno con 2 letti singoli ed inoltre nella cucina ci sono altri 2 letti con reti e materassi ortopedici, la cucina risulta completamente attrezzata, inoltre troverete una doccia comoda all'esterno , mentre all'esterno offre un’ ampia e comoda veranda di mq. 60, con vista sullo splendido mare di Scopello.
La Villa è Poggiata su una delle colline più belle e panoramiche del territorio, a due passi dalla Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, sorge l'esclusiva Villa Anna, situata 550 metri da Scopello, antico borgo arroccato su un piccolo colle che domina i faraglioni e l'ingresso est della Riserva.
Particolarmente suggestiva nella struttura e nella posizione, con un attento restauro sono stati ricavati preziosi appartamenti per attività turistica.
E' stata posta estrema cura nei particolari rispettando lo stile rurale tipico mediterraneo: pavimenti in cotto, copertura in coppi siciliani, travature in legno di castagno, prospetti in pietra viva, infissi in legno e un semplice ed elegante arredamento con pezzi coloniali danno alla dimora fascino e prestigio.
Troverete una doccia comoda all'esterno ed una piscina fuori terra in legno.

I'm of Sicilian descent and have spent many holidays in Sicily. This year we had a great time going to all the small bays, snorkeling, eating specialties like Arancini, Pane Cunzatu, Sfincione and Panelle, and relaxing in our small but very beautiful holiday flat close to the small village of Scopello.
We would like to come back next summer.
