A 33 m2 studio apartment consists of a hallway, living room, kitchen, a bathroom, and a glazed balcony.
The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, all appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, iron), kitchenware, towels and bed linen, TV (Spanish channels).
There is air conditioning.
Nearby are two beaches - Los Locos (about 300 meters walk) and Del Cura (about 500 meters).
All infrastructure is within walking distance: hairdresser, pharmacy, shops, city bus stop.
Popular supermarket "Consum" is 150 meters away! There are plenty of bars and cafes around.
Accommodation for a maximum of up to three people (pets are not allowed!).
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment! Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday, and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays.
Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Arrivals or departures outside office hours, on Sundays, weekends, and public holidays incur an additional charge of 20 euros.

A deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
