The Kelling is ideally located just a two‑minute walk from Blakeney Quay, offering the perfect base to enjoy one of North Norfolk's most sought-after coastal villages. With the added benefit of off-road parking for two cars — rare for properties in this area — and a private garden for outdoor relaxation, it provides both convenience and comfort.
The interior is notably light and spacious compared to many traditional cottages, and is well furnished and equipped throughout to ensure an easy and enjoyable stay. The ground floor features a welcoming entrance hall with a convenient WC, leading through to a generous living room with log burner and dining area—ideal for relaxing evenings. A well-equipped fitted kitchen with appliances completes this level.
Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms, including a king-size room and two twin rooms, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The accommodation is supported by a family bathroom and two further separate shower rooms, providing excellent facilities for families or groups. The main bedroom also benefits from a balcony, offering views towards Blakeney Point.
Blakeney is a charming and vibrant coastal village with plenty to enjoy within walking distance. Guests can choose from local pubs serving food and welcoming hotels offering dining options. There is also a mini supermarket, deli, fishmongers, and a selection of independent shops to explore.
The picturesque harbour is just moments away, where you'll find boats gently moored along the quayside and regular boat trips available nearby. From here, you can explore scenic coastal walks, including routes out to Blakeney Point, famous for its seal colony, making this a wonderful destination for nature lovers and those seeking a relaxing seaside escape.
Two dogs are welcome and the garden is a safe, secure space for them to enjoy.

Warm, comfortable and spacious. Well equipt kitchen and lovely log burner. Bathrooms are quite tired. The showers in particular need some maintenance and a deep clean, to remove black mould. All in all a great property, would definitely stay again.

An excellent property offering high quality specification and value for money with a perfect large safe enclosed rear garden and private parking just a couple of mintues walk from the quay.
The early evening sunsets from the upstairs balconey across the marshes to Morston are amazing.

We were a large family group and all the extra towels and bedding were provided. We come every year and had a wonderful time as usual.
