This spacious, approximately 100-year-old mansion invites you to spend a relaxing holiday with your family or a large group in the north of the island.
Business meetings, sports events, or festive celebrations are welcome! The house is located at the entrance to Llubí, where you will find good restaurants and shops.
The dreamlike sandy beach of "Playa de Muro", 12 kilometers long, is 15 kilometers away.
The house was originally one of Mallorca's first distilleries until it was finally restored as a Mallorcan-style house.
The house is divided into 8 accommodation units, each with a double bedroom (2 beds) and a bathroom. - Ground floor: 2 accommodation units - First floor: 3 accommodation units - Second floor: 3 accommodation units The floors are connected by a central staircase and an elevator.
All rooms have air conditioning and central heating.
The house has WIFI access throughout the property, as well as large spaces for everyone to gather, such as the beautiful barbecue area, and ample covered parking.

For the installation of the photovoltaic panels in this establishment, a grant was received from the Next Generation fund.

Einige Kaffeemaschinen waren Defekt, aber wir hatten ja Ersatz.

Wir waren glücklich, und würden bei Bedarf wieder kommen.
Das Autos gegenüber der Toreinfahrt parken und man somit sehr schlecht ins Tor fahren konnte.
Vielleich könnte der Grill mal etwas erneuert werden.
Naja und die Mücken da wäre eine Empfehlung für Mückenspray schon gut. :-)
Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz und Ausstattung.

Leider war bei der Anreise die Unterkunft noch nicht fertig gesäubert. Auch gab es am ersten Tag Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Ab dem zweiten Tag lief alles Problemlos.

Large house with plenty of space for our entire team. Each floor is a mini housing space (separate bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, etc.) with a sizable lawn for everyone to come together outside. Everything was clean. Kitchens had basics, but nothing fancy. Location is great for walking into town. Would return!
