The house has a very individual character and offers 50 square meters of living space for 4 people.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which is located on the upper floor and is accessible via a pull-down ladder.

The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and has been newly installed.
The living area is air-conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, CD and DVD player; Wi-Fi is also available.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig und alles was man braucht kurzfristig zu erreichen

+ Check-In super einfach.
+ Sehr idyllische Lage.
+ Riesiger, sauberer, ca. 8x9m Pool.
+ Toller Außenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheit.
+ Mallorquinischer Gartenbereich mit Olivenbäumen, Limetten- und Zitronen-, sowie Feigenbäumen.
+ Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich (Kühlung gelangt jedoch nicht bis in den Schlafbereich).
+ Außendusche und Waschmaschine.
- Bettengröße im Obergeschoss lediglich für zwei Kinder geeignet.
- Leiter zum Obergeschoss eher für Kindergewicht geeignet.
- Küche war eine andere als auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Realität ist die Küche wesentlich älter.
- Die Finca ist allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

El alojamiento no era como en los fotos, la casa es muy pequenita por 4 personas, la cama arriba muy incomoda, falta mucho la luz no como en los fotos y el equipamiento muy viejo por el precio.
El bano y la ducha huele muy mal y no adequada
La terrassa muy agradable y la piscina una pasada hay que disfrutar a fuera por no ver el malo de la casa.
