Sobrachan is a contemporary cottage set near the village of Kilmartin in Argyll and Bute. There is five king-size zip/link bedrooms, four with en-suites, and a family shower room, the property can sleep ten people. Also inside there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove along with a utility. Sobrachan is a spectacularly stylish property in an idyllic, rural spot of Scotland. Hot tub available from Saturday to Friday morning, it will be drained and cleaned on the Friday afternoon, ready for the next booking.
Amenities: Eco underfloor heating, woodburning stove. Electric 5 zone induction hob, 2 x electric ovens, 2 x fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two highchairs and travel cots available on request. Ample off road parking. Decking with furniture. A beautiful house and gardens overlooking Loch Awe. Views are 'awe' some! Andrew (property manager) could not have been more helpful and the welcome pack was most welcome! Would recommend to family and friends without question.
