The house is absolutely beautiful and had all the facilities we needed. There were 9 of us and it sleeps up to 12 so we had plenty of room for communal meals and to relax together in the lounge. It is in easy walking distance of the town centre.Parking for 3 cars is also a bonus and as we had 5 cars the location of the other public car park was also easy.

Property was not ready for us, no key for entry due to mixup on dates however sykes quickly contacted owners to sort problems, which took 2 to 3 hours, and were very positive in offering the group a tea and cake in the meantime. House very convenient for break in Bath, enjoyed our time away.
