The lake-view living room opens onto a private terrace, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors.
A separate fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle, making it perfect for comfortable self-catering stays. Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds (please note these cannot be joined). Both rooms include wardrobes and offer a restful setting.
The property features two modern bathrooms, each fitted with a shower and WC. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD player, music stereo, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, and private parking.

Das Haus hatte schönen Garten mit Liegestühlen
Lattenrost war defekt, Scharniere in Küche, Korridor und Schlafzimmer lose, sodass Schränke schlecht schließen.

• Sehr schöne und ruhige Hanglage nach Südwesten, grossartige Aussicht auf den See und das italienische Ufer des Ceresio. Zu Fuss ist man in 20 Minuten im Dorf unten, in 30 Minuten wieder oben (ca. 70 Höhenmeter).
• Die Villa ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und geräumig.
• Schöne, grosse Loggia, wo man sich...
• Die zwei Einzelbetten im kleinen Schlafzimmer sind viel zu tief für Leute in unserem Alter. Zudem knarren diese Bettkästen fürchterlich. Diese beiden Betten sollten ersetzt werden.
