The flat house "Strandfee" is a well-kept residential complex, close to the beach and in a quiet location.
Apartment "No. 1" is located on the mezzanine floor and offers space for a maximum of four people. The living space of the approx. 55 m² holiday accommodation is divided into a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, a hallway and a bathroom. The living area is furnished with a large cosy sofa corner, flat-screen cable TV, radio with CD, DVD player with DVDs and an open kitchenette with dining area. A collection of books is also available for you. From the living area you can access the furnished and covered balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, a coffee machine and a coffee machine, other kitchen appliances are available. The flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (dimensions: 1.80 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses; open foot end) and an additional TV as well as a built-in wardrobe. The children's room has a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) as well as games, books and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC.
You are only a stone's throw away from the town centre, but also from Grömitz beach and the beautiful spa promenade.
Lockable bicycle storage (used by several apartments).
A free car parking space is available.
A total of 2 bicycles can be accommodated.
Laundry can be rented from the manager.
A travel cot and a high chair can be provided.
The windows have external shutters.
You have your own parking space - no. 1.

Pets and smokers are not permitted in this flat in consideration of allergic guests.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the basement of the house.
