Die Außenanlagen sind sehr großzügig bemessen. Es gibt genug sonnige sowie schattige Plätze. Zum Meer sind es genau 121 Stufen, die Straße vor dem Haus stört überhaupt nicht, da vielleicht 20 Autos am Tag vorbeifahren. Den Badeplatz am Meer hat man für sich allein.
