Brief description:
Elevated, renovated 6 pers. thatched house (4 bedrooms) with well-kept garden, mudflat/sea view and view of Munkmarsch harbour.
Location description:
The quiet, white mudflat beach (ideal for children), the sea and the small idyllic marina with the top restaurant and 5-star Hotel Munkmarscher Fährhaus, located on the harbour, are within sight and therefore also only a few metres away on foot.
Sailing and surf club available in Munkmarscher Hafen. The most beautiful hiking trails lead from the Munkmarsch mudflats to neighbouring Keitum or via Braderup to Kampen. Westerland can be reached by car in 10 minutes, Kampen in 7 minutes and Wenningstedt in 5 minutes.

The 105 sqm thatched roof house with garden and sea view is within sight of the white mudflat beach and the Munkmarscher harbour/ Hotel & Restaurant Munkmarscher Fährhaus and offers the possibility to accommodate 6 persons in the 4 bedrooms and two upscale and contemporary bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and is open to the living and dining area.
The sunny terrace in the well-kept garden is equipped with a beach chair and garden furniture.
The house has three TVs with streaming options, Bluetooth system and wireless internet. Washing machine and dryer, baby cot(s) incl. bed linen (blanket, pillow, cover) as well as stair gates and high chairs available if required.
Outdoor area:
Maintained garden with approx. 40 square metres of lawn and adjoining large terrace. Beach chair and appropriate garden furniture (chairs, table, parasol) available. 2 parking spaces available.
Special features:
The Wadden Sea, a beautiful white sandy beach is 50m from the house and also wonderful for children to reach alone. Wonderful walks along the mudflats and also to the nearest towns such as Braderup and Kampen are possible. The bay of Munkmarsch is a wonderful place to learn to sail, and horse riding excursions lead along the mudflats. A playground is in the immediate vicinity, and the Sylt Heath invites you to go jogging or cycling.
