Spacious, ground floor accommodation, part of a converted 19th Century Sussex flint Barn.
Located just under a mile from historic Arundel town centre, with private use of new indoor swimming pool.
Private garden area and private, free onsite parking.
The main living area has beamed vaulted ceiling, underfloor heating and wooden floors. New designer kitchen with induction hob, granite worktops, full size dishwasher, and Bosch ovens. Bar area with stools, and extendable dining table, with seating for 12. The pool is heated to 29 degrees and is separately accessed so can be securely locked for safety.
Sleeping arrangements, sleeps up to 12 Five large bedrooms, four bathrooms. Two bedrooms have extra single beds, three superking/twin. All of the double beds can be superking or twin bed options. There is ample private parking for 12 cars.
Families: Our accommodation is very suitable for children of all ages. With the use of the indoor heated pool, gardens and plenty of space.
Please note: well behaved dogs allowed.
Corporate Business/ Retreats: The main lounge area works well for retreats for up to 10 yoga mats. We have the facility to provide extra chairs for business meetings, presentations etc. if required.

3 generations gathered together at Brooklands Barn. The pool & sauna were great & the kids had their own sitting room to escape to. The local footpaths from the barn were an added bonus.

Stayed with family and extended family of 20 people. With the pool and surrounding gardens it made an excellent stay for our celebrations. Would definitely recommend.
