Holiday house on a plot of 800m2, the garden consists of palm trees and a variety of plants. The house has a simple open plan kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with air conditioning/heat pump, and a bathroom with washing machine. A living-dining room with exit to the terraces, one of them covered, next to the 6x4m swimming pool with roman steps and view to Dénia and the sea. The house has pellet heating for the winter.
Distance to sea 4km, to town 3km, bar/restaurants 2km. Car needed.
According to municipal ordinance it is not allowed to use barbecue with fire from June 1st to October 15th.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. Electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), bed linen and towels are not included in long stay rates. The price of the services will be according to the agency's conditions.
