Small and quiet holiday complex at the foot of the mountain with 17x8m communal pool, tennis court and terrace overlooking the harbour and the sea. The complex consists of 15 townhouses and this one is at the end of the corner just a few steps from the pool. The house is simply decorated and consists of an open plan kitchen equipped with gas hob, washing machine and fridge freezer. Living-dining room with TV/SAT, air conditioning and exit to the terrace with view to the harbour and the sea. The garden has palm trees, lawn, and a variety of plants. There is one bedroom with twin beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Distance to the centre of Denia 3,5km, to the sea 3km, supermarkets 3km and bars/restaurants 800m. Car needed. Pets not allowed.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.
