Private house with fenced plot of 350m2 with its own 8x4m swimming pool with roman steps and outdoor shower.
It has a nice garden, with lawn, palm trees, cypresses, yuccas, etc.
The house is located at the end of the residential El Palmar, in a small gated complex consisting of four individual housing units.
The house has two floors and is distributed as follows
On the lower floor there is an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, large fridge with freezer and washing machine.
The living-dining room with satellite TV has air conditioning and direct access to the covered terrace, garden and swimming pool.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with air conditioning, mosquito nets and opposite the bedroom a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and balcony, and a bedroom with double bed and small terrace. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
The house has private parking on the plot for one car.
Distance to the sandy beach 600m, bars and restaurants 350m, supermarkets 700m and to the centre of Denia 4,5 km.
Heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. Electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), bed linen and towels are not included in long stay rates. The price of the services will be according to the agency's conditions.
