Welcome to The White House, a stylish and spacious dog-friendly holiday cottage on the popular White Sand development in Camber, just a short walk from the stunning sandy beach. This modern four-bedroom home sleeps up to nine guests across three floors, making it ideal for larger families or groups of friends looking to holiday together by the sea.
The ground floor features a fabulous dual-aspect kitchen diner, fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, electric oven and hob, microwave and coffee machine. The large dining table seats eight and French doors open onto the enclosed garden, complete with outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining on sunny days. A fourth bedroom with twin beds and a handy downstairs cloakroom complete this level.
Upstairs on the first floor you will find a comfortable dual-aspect sitting room with two sofas, armchair, electric fire, flat screen TV and WiFi. French doors lead to a sunny south-facing balcony, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine. This floor also has the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, plus a family bathroom with bath, shower over and toilet.
The second floor offers two further bedrooms: one with bunk beds (three singles) and one twin room, plus a separate WC. The property benefits from off-road parking for two cars, a fully enclosed garden, fast fibre broadband, and all bed linen and towels are provided.
Camber Sands offers miles of golden sandy beach, while the medieval town of Rye with its cobbled streets, independent shops and wonderful restaurants is just a short drive away. Beautifully appointed and in a good location. Parking is a bit tight in front of the house but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lounge is spacious and sunny and ideal for a larger group.

This 3 bedroom house has plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of city living. Car availability is desirable although the Wave bus service a short distance away gets you to nearby towns without the hassle of parking. Only downside our weekend group found was the lounge table which neutralised half the room! No thing's perfect!

Thank you for the wonderful stay in your lovely house! It had a real nice beach house feel to it. Shops were closeby and the small community was lovely. We come to England every year and this was great. The house was clean, plenty of space, games, books and movies! Fun for everyone :)
