Built close to the edge of the forest, you can step out of the house and immediately be in beautiful nature. In direct proximity to the well-developed cycle path to Wildemann, you have the opportunity for cycling or skating, and in winter for cross-country skiing.

Diverse access points to the well-developed network of trails for hiking excursions to the Bromberg or to the popular excursion destination Maßener Gaipel are also right on your doorstep.

The heated outdoor swimming pool can be reached on foot in about 8 minutes, and the town center in about 15 minutes.
