Nice studio located in a residential complex on the second line of the beach just 200 metres from the beach.
The complex has a large garden area with a large swimming pool and an area for the little ones.
The house is on the first floor without lift. Once inside the flat we find a cosy living-dining room with air conditioning which has enough power to cool the flat. The living room has an access to a covered terrace with views to the garden and the pool area.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking such as oven, electric cooker, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher... The kitchen has an access to the washing machine area.
The flat has a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bathroom with bathtub next to it.
The nearest supermarket is located 50 m from the flat. Denia town centre is only 2.5km away.
The flat has Wifi internet. There is no private parking but there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the complex.
Pets are not allowed.
Heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. Electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), bed linen and towels are not included in long stay rates. The price of the services will be according to the agency's conditions.
