Maesa, Brisa y Mar is a cozy semi-detached house, located in front of La Concha beach, in a residential complex with a communal pool, very quiet and very close to all services. Direct access from the complex to the promenade with 15 km of coastline with quiet beaches, where you will find terraces and restaurants, be able to practice sports, swim. Playa Honda is a town away from the tourist areas and with the authenticity of local life. Geographically located on the south east coast of Lanzarote, a very convenient location to do routes and discover the Volcanos island.

The house is spacious and comfortable, with a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, a pleasant terrace where you can have breakfast with sea views, separate spaces and spectacular views from the master bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It has 2 bedrooms: one on the upper floor with a double bed and a balcony with sea views. It is a bedroom suite with bathroom. The other on the ground floor with a double bed (two single beds), next to the other full bathroom with shower.

On another slope, there is the kitchen with natural light and a window with sea views. It has an oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, mini blender and everything you need to cook. The independent kitchen but open to the living room, it has 600MB fiber Internet, SMART Satellite TV, air conditioning with a consumption control for its correct use, comfortable dining room and views of the terrace with outdoor table, solarium and a barbecue area with views of La Concha Beach.

The house has several slopes and stairs that go to the different environments.

There is a safe in the house. And electronic code access to enter the complex.
