The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator and features a beautiful and large equipped terrace with a magnificent sea view. It consists of a spacious living room with a 140 cm double sofa bed and a 140 cm pull-down bed, a dining area, a separate and equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. You will be just a 10-minute walk from the port of Villefranche, 15 minutes from shops and restaurants, and close to the train station and beaches. Pets are not allowed - 1 parking space - WIFI Internet - A security deposit of €800 is collected directly by Riviera Holiday Homes via Swikly (secure credit card authorization, no charges are debited). ⚠️ Not applicable to Airbnb bookings.

The view from the apartment was absolutely amazing. Quiet building and safe location. Fantastic cycling routes from the doorstep. Shaded parking space for your car. Decent kitchen facilities. Aircondition with sufficient cooling.
Common garbage room was quite small for the number of apartments.

View amazing, kitchen well equipped
Bed was small, had to separate and use the sofa bed also. The walk down to the beach and restaurants was great but getting home was hard work especially in the heat!
