Geschmackvolle Wohnung mit schönem Garten. Toller Blick von der großen Terrasse auf das Meer.
Der Mietvertrag war sehr streng. Man soll Fotos beim Check in machen, um zu beweisen, dass man die Gebrauchsspuren der Wohnung nicht verursacht hat.
Auch z.B. Reinigung von schmutzigem Geschirr würde sonst von der Kaution (600 Euro) abgezogen.
Es gab keine Satellitenprogramme,.Obwohl das in der Beschreibung stand. Man konnte nur 15 französische Sender empfangen.

My friends and I stayed at the apartment for 1 week and enjoyed it immensely. The garden/patio area overlooks the shared complex pool which were both great amenities. It is about a 15 minute walk down (very downhill) to Villefranche beach and is very accessible for the bus to Nice. We found the place to be clean and have a well-equipped kitchen. Would recommend!
