Located in a quiet residence in the town of Monticello, 2 km from Ile Rousse, its port and its beaches: "Casa Leccia" is a recent villa (end of construction early 2013) on wooded and fenced 1350 m² with private heated pool and secure.
Fully equipped to provide maximum comfort, it has been designed to also accommodate safely (including use of the pool) a couple of people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.
From Monticello, many opportunities for walks to discover the Balagne are available to you ... a booklet describing the "discovery tours" is available in the villa.

Parental suite: air-conditioned with bed 160, large storage, bathroom with shower Italian shower, sink and toilet. This room is intended for use by one (or two) person (s) with reduced mobility.
Bedroom 2: air-conditioned with 160 bed, large storage
Bedroom 3: with "mezzaclic": 1 sofa bed in 140 and a bunk bed in 90.
Independent shower room with Italian shower and double basins.
Fitted kitchen with: 5 burner piano and 3 ovens (grill, convection oven, traditional oven), microwave, fridge / freezer, extractor hood, sink, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle , many storage.
Air-conditioned living room with sofa, flat screen TV 106 cm, radio, secure WIFI offered.
Washing machine, central aspiration, iron and ironing board, cumulus + solar water heater.

EQUIPMENT FOR PERSON WITH REDUCED MOBILITY:
The master suite has its private bathroom and has sliding doors, it is sized to allow the rotation of an armchair, the toilet is raised and the Italian shower equipped with a seat.
The whole house, terrace and parking are of the same level and do not include any steps. The opening and closing of the gate are motorized.
A hydraulic seat designed for the use of the pool will also be provided free of charge (exclusively reserved for people with reduced mobility).

Abbiamo apprezzato la piscina, le amache all'ombra dei lecci e soprattutto il silenzio e la tranquillità della zona. La casa è fornita di tutto quello che possa servire per una bellissima...

We had a wonderful week at Cassa Leccia. The villa was spacious, meticulously clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially liked the ice machine, the pool and the hammocks! The pool area was ideal for chilling in the afternoon and for BBQs in the evening with lovely view...
