The rustic country house has a spacious, air-conditioned living room with satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table, 3 bedrooms (one of them air-conditioned) and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
The typical Majorcan accommodation is also equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a baby cot, a high chair and a wood stove, ensuring a pleasant holiday in all seasons.
In the picturesque garden with a covered terrace, a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue as well as a pool you can enjoy peaceful hours outdoors. The charming Majorcan villages of Selva, Campanet and Moscari, on the outskirts of the Serra de Tramuntana, can be reached in a few minutes by car. Sights, traditional restaurants and cafés with local specialities as well as small shops invite you to take a stroll through the city.
The village of Inca, which promises the same amenities and a selection of supermarkets, is less than 2 km away, and therefore only about 6 minutes by car. The bays of Pollença and Alcúdia with fine sandy beaches can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Parking spaces are available on the property. We loved this house. It had plenty of room for 2 families to hangout, cook, and play games. Walking distance to downtown was nice and the hot tub was excellent. The host was very responsive.
