Rustic chalet "Ancienne Bergerie", 1'900 m a.s.l., from the 17th century, renovated in 2015. 5 km from the centre of Valtournenche, 15 km from the centre of Breuil Cervinia, 25 km from the centre of Chatillon/Saint Vincent, in a secluded position on a slope.
For shared use: property, terraced garden (not fenced), meadow.
Motor access (200 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 200 m footpath to the house.
Public parking 200 m. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3.2 km, bar 1.6 km, bus stop "Valtournenche" 5 km, railway station "Chatillon" 25 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, gondola lift 7 km, slopes 3.5 km. Hiking paths: Alta Via n°1 della Valle d´Aosta 50 m. In winter, snow boots, backpack and winter sports clothing are recommended.

Sono molti anni che io e mio marito alloggiamo in questa struttura per le vacanze ed ogni anno non ci delude mai! Ottima la gestione, il top per la pulizia e il profumo della biancheria appena lavata e la favolosa la posizione proprio sul sentiero n. 1 !!! Sicuramente ci torneremo!!! L. e S.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unbezahlbar, recht abgeschieden auf ca 1.700 m Höhe, wundervoller Blick u.a. aufs Matterhorn! Leo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach aber liebevoll im traditionellen Stil eingerichtet, sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Hinweis für groß...

Die Lage hoch über dem Tal und das stilvolle, sehr alte aber mit viel Aufwand und Liebe renovierte Haus haben uns sehr begeistert. Der Wanderweg läuft direkt am Haus vorbei, so erreicht man schnell sehr schöne Tourenmöglickeiten.
