The couple-friendly property features accommodation over two floors with a country-style open-plan living area with a comfortable sitting area, TV and DVD player and a rustic open fireplace for warm, cosy evenings.
Exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings provide a rustic, romantic charm.
A dining area also features and a kitchenette provides all the desired appliances for a self-catering holiday, including a cooker hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
The property also benefits from air conditioning.
For those of you who need to keep in touch with work or family, Wi-Fi Access is also available in the property.
From the living room open tread stairs lead to a mezzanine floor with a bright double bedroom and a modern shower room conveniently situated off from the bedroom.
One of the best features of this property is its sunny covered terrace with balcony which boasts breathtaking views over Lake Lugano and the picturesque town of Porlezza.
The spacious balcony provides the perfect setting to enjoy daytime sunbathing and a glass of wine in the evenings.

This place is magical! - gorgeous veranda and charming beautiful house - stunning views - perfect location to enjoy Lugano and Como - everything you need is there - I don’t usually write reviews but this place is so unique and special I thought everyone should know.
