This house is located in Güntersberge on a south-facing slope. Enjoy a magnificent and undisturbed view of nature from the terrace or relax in the sauna (accessible from the outside).
There are two separate bedrooms, in the living area there is another sleeping possibility.
Güntersberge is a district of the city of Harzgerode in the district and low mountain range Harz. Since April 4, 2001 Güntersberge is a state-approved resort. Northwest of the village lies the early modern deserted Selkenfelde in the Selke valley. At the western entrance to the village is the Bergsee, a former mill pond that dams the Selke River.

Himmlische Ruhe, nette Menschen.
Zum Einkaufen (Brötchen, Butter, Milch…) musste man in die nächst größere Stadt fahren.

Die Lage sowie der Check in/out waren hervorragend. Wir haben genau das bekommen was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Das Highlight ist der Wintergarten sowie die Saune. Das laden eines E-Fahrzeuges war über die vorhandene Kabeltrommel möglich. Bei dem Haus hätte man vorher nochmal Staubwischen können. Alles in allem fanden wir es sehr gut und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Ein Ferienhaus in absolut ruhiger Lage, in einer Sackgasse mit einer Sauna. Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür und einer tollen Aussicht. Einfache Ausstattung aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Für uns war es perfekt.
