The apartment is in a new residential with elevator, common areas (pool and gardens). Located in a new and quiet area of Jaén just 10 minutes walk from the center.

He viajado por trabajo y siempre que puedo prefiero no hospedarme en hoteles, el piso es amplio, confortable, con todo lo necesario, no he echado de menos nada.

This apartment is very spacious with a nice view. Parking space is very tight. Our cheking experience left us with a bad taste We arrive late and had to go to the owners home to pick up the key which was at a different side of town. After struggling with parking we realize we were given the wrong apartment number. The owner after all that never bother to check on us during the whole stay
