Great 1-bedroom flat for holidays in Praia da Rocha, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just a 3-minute walk from the beach.
Property consists of: bedroom with 1 double bed, living room with kitchenette, 1 double sofa bed (2 people), air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (cold and hot), bathroom, cable and satellite TV and WI-FI and a large terrace with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays. The terrace is 25 m2.
Ideal for those who want to be close to the beach, but in a quiet area.
Near supermarket, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, etc.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

In accordance with municipal legislation applicable since 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay cash on check-in
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.
Obs
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption costs (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use. Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (whenever this is different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Electricity and water amounts included in each 30-day booking, depending on the type of accommodation
T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3.
If the surplus is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw from the security deposit.
