We follow instructions provided by ICTE (Instituto para la Calidad turistica Española) Studio located close to the beach in Edificio Coronado, Marbesa, Marbella.
This studio less than 100 meters from the beach and quite close to the Don Carlos 5 star hotel resort in Elviria, Marbella. The studio sleeps two in two separate single beds that are folded up in the cupboards for more space during the day. Edificio Coronado offers a large shared pool and gardens and is located next to a camping site where a supermarket is located. The studio in Marbella has capacity for 2 people. The studio is homely, and is 35 m². It has views of the garden. The property is located 50 m from DIA supermarket, 150 m from Marbesa sand beach, 2 km from Santa maria golf golf course, 45 km from Málaga airport.
The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to a shopping area and restaurants. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: terrace, internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German). In the open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.

Wer gerne abends feiern mag, bietet sich die Pizzeria " Crazy Pizza" als beste Möglichkeit, da feiern sie manchmal bis 3 Uhr morgens " Sehr Laut", dass man nicht schlafen kann, nach einer Beschwerde haben sie eine Nacht nur bis 00:30 Uhr gefeiert, am nächsten Tag waren sie wieder laut, Sonntags haben sie zu, da könnten wir eine Nacht vor der Abreise ruhig schlafen, sonst war alles gut !

Je recommande , la personne qui s occupe de gérer votre réservation est très correct . Vous pouvez lui faire confiance en lui donnant la caution . Et l appartement et tel que sur les photos . Et aussi un super boulanger juste en bas de la résidence !
